4 Stars angel sales posture pro lumbar support
I have to sit at my desk at least 8 hours a day although not continuously. So I decide to try this product after realizing that except the really really expensive ones, most chairs do not have proper lower back support.

At first the posture pro lumbar support kept slipping through the couple of chairs I fitted it with and I had to put some sort of solid support material (like a really hard book or something else). I was very disappointed with it. I had bought two of these and was about to return it.

Then, I took a closer look at the images of the product on Amazon.com. Turns out this slipping happens because I was using it incorrectly!!! The correct way to use it is to position it slightly (about 1 1/2 inch) ABOVE the open space between the two portions of the seat and then sit with your back rested against it so that it is firmly pressed between you and the back of the chair with no chance to slip. Just a little below and it would have slipped.

Also, if you have a chair which has an adjustable back support height, position it to the lowest possible. See the product image carefully to correctly position the posture pro lumbar support.

I have to sit really tight on the back for the lumbar support to stay in the middle of my back, otherwise it would slide down. But for the price, it’s pretty good. The shipping was very fast.

I looked for a lot of lumbar support and opted for this based on the reviews. However, i did not find it anything special. Just some regular support. Would have to buy something which gives me a firmer support.

Helps a lot and together with Upledger’s still point inducer, I can work on myself in between visits to my bodyworker who does cranialsacral on me. I actually showed the Sacro Wedgy to my bodyworker. She tried it and was so impressed wants one for herself.

It didn’t feel like it fit right. I was unable to use it without a great deal of discomfort.

I’m dealing with SI problems. This little device has been really helpful at times. A couple times when I’ve used it, I could actually hear my spine snap-crack back in place. I do self-manipulate in addition to using this device, which helps a lot. I find that combined with this sacro wedgy I get better results. Still, there have been times when I needed to get a doctor’s adjustment despite this device and my self-help techniques. Regardless, I feel it was really worth the money, and it’s a very helpful tool.

I bought the female version of this item in September. When I work at my home office, I experience a lot of low back pain and bilateral lower extremity stiffness when I get up from my chair. The product does seems to help as I have less pain and stiffness when I use it. However, it is bright pink, garrish, and even covered with a towel looks odd. As a result, I would not take it in to my regular office and use it there.

Great product . I use the muscle stimulator and tens unit to relieve pain in my shoulder and lower back . It works great. I am in much less pain than I would be without it. I also like the treatment timer, very convenient. The instructions were clear, and it’s quite easy to use. All in all it’s a high quality tens unit and worth every penny.

5 Stars The person who invented TENS is a genius
Thank God for the TENS unit. I have wanted one since my chiropractor started using one on me a couple years ago, and am so glad that I finally have this one. It is small, easily portable (you can tuck the unit in a pocket or clip it to your belt), and fairly easy to program. The instruction booklet could be a little easier to figure out…or perhaps I need a “TENS MACHINES FOR DUMMIES” book instead. However, I mostly figured it out without the instructions anyway. It works great. I krank the TENS buzz up to about 80, relax, and get some much-needed pain relief from my horrible chronic back pain. This thing is a God-send and I thank the good Lord for giving someone the inspiration to invent such a unit for home use.

2 Stars Might be good in limited ways for some people??
I’m not a super tall guy at 6′ 215lbs, but even so i’d expect this to be more useful for my neck like laying on the floor watching TV or sitting on the couch with it wedged behind my neck but it’s either too small and/or the design is lacking as it’s not comfortable enough to stay in any position long enough to do any good. I think a person could find some niche in his back this would help as part of a ‘toolbag’ but for a piece of rubber, it’s over-priced for what it does. And yes, it is pretty flimsy. Smaller women might find it more useful as it tends to bend out of place really easy on me. The whole premise for it is to sort of stretch out your tight spots or put your spine in a bit of traction but for me, it fails. Price it at $10 and i’d give it more stars.

it’s a blue rubber triangle that comes in a box with no instructions. every edge is different i suppose for a different use, but i don’t know because there wasn’t even a booklet to show it’s purpose. doorstop?

5 Stars Magic Triangle
This simple little tool has really saved my sanity on many occasions. I don’t leave town without it, and it is light and easy to pack in my suitcase. I have a long history of migraines and muscle tension from several car accidents. My neck and shoulders are always tense, even after I sleep. I am 5′8″ and about 130lbs. The DaVinci Tool Soft is the perfect size and weight for me to be able to rest the base of my head on the pointy or rounded points for some much-needed tension relief. I also use the rounded points under my shoulder blades to release the pressure there. My husband, however, is about 6′ and 170lbs, and he insisted that the triangle is too small for him. I now wonder, based on some of these reviews, if he would be better served by the DaVinci Tool Firm (rather than this soft version). Thus, if you are a smaller-framed person, this tool might be best for you, but if you are larger or heavier, perhaps the firmer version would work better. However, I didn’t notice any type of official weight guidelines for this tool.
