4 Stars angel sales posture pro lumbar support
I have to sit at my desk at least 8 hours a day although not continuously. So I decide to try this product after realizing that except the really really expensive ones, most chairs do not have proper lower back support.

At first the posture pro lumbar support kept slipping through the couple of chairs I fitted it with and I had to put some sort of solid support material (like a really hard book or something else). I was very disappointed with it. I had bought two of these and was about to return it.

Then, I took a closer look at the images of the product on Amazon.com. Turns out this slipping happens because I was using it incorrectly!!! The correct way to use it is to position it slightly (about 1 1/2 inch) ABOVE the open space between the two portions of the seat and then sit with your back rested against it so that it is firmly pressed between you and the back of the chair with no chance to slip. Just a little below and it would have slipped.

Also, if you have a chair which has an adjustable back support height, position it to the lowest possible. See the product image carefully to correctly position the posture pro lumbar support.

I have to sit really tight on the back for the lumbar support to stay in the middle of my back, otherwise it would slide down. But for the price, it’s pretty good. The shipping was very fast.

I’m dealing with SI problems. This little device has been really helpful at times. A couple times when I’ve used it, I could actually hear my spine snap-crack back in place. I do self-manipulate in addition to using this device, which helps a lot. I find that combined with this sacro wedgy I get better results. Still, there have been times when I needed to get a doctor’s adjustment despite this device and my self-help techniques. Regardless, I feel it was really worth the money, and it’s a very helpful tool.

I bought the female version of this item in September. When I work at my home office, I experience a lot of low back pain and bilateral lower extremity stiffness when I get up from my chair. The product does seems to help as I have less pain and stiffness when I use it. However, it is bright pink, garrish, and even covered with a towel looks odd. As a result, I would not take it in to my regular office and use it there.

I have suffered from neck pain for several years, and have recently been going to physical therapy weekly. When I saw this product and read some of the user reviews, I decided it was worth a try. The cost was less than my co-pay for one PT appointment. It’s not a bad product, but I did not get the relief that I read about in several of the reviews. I found that I get just as much relief from putting a neck roll under my pillow. Apparently, some people experience a lot of relief with this product, and it’s not a big investment, so you might give it a try. Personally, I think I’ll stick with my neck roll.

Thank God for the TENS unit. I have wanted one since my chiropractor started using one on me a couple years ago, and am so glad that I finally have this one. It is small, easily portable (you can tuck the unit in a pocket or clip it to your belt), and fairly easy to program. The instruction booklet could be a little easier to figure out…or perhaps I need a “TENS MACHINES FOR DUMMIES” book instead. However, I mostly figured it out without the instructions anyway. It works great. I krank the TENS buzz up to about 80, relax, and get some much-needed pain relief from my horrible chronic back pain. This thing is a God-send and I thank the good Lord for giving someone the inspiration to invent such a unit for home use.

This is the first book I have ever given a 5-star review.

No other medical ailment, except perhaps cancer, is more subject to misinformation and pure chicanery than back pain. Yet here is a guy who makes his living doing back surgery, yet thinks his specialty is overused, and that in most cases you can solve your problem just by maintaining healthy weight and doing aerobic exercises.

The book came at a perfect time for me. I was having so much lower back pain that I decided to take two weeks off with almost no moving, hoping that whatever it was would heal itself. Nature intervened, however, and I found myself outside for hours at a time with a chain saw cutting up trees and hauling heavy pieces to the burn pile. I was sure I would pay a terrible price in much worse back pain. To my surprise, however, my pain completely disappeared.

While I was trying to solve this puzzle, my wife saw a review of this book. It sounded good especially since the author is giving advice against his own financial interest, which is unusual. I ordered it from Amazon with extra-cost overnight delivery and read it the next day. (It isn’t very long and the cartoons and illustrations take up some space.) Now I understand the reason for my instant cure.

The write-up in the product listing is excellent, so I won’t repeat it, but it is important for you to know that it is very readable by a layman. (I’m never sure whether I have two livers and one kidney, or the other way around.

If you have back pain or just want to wow your friends with all the inside dope, get this book – fast.

5 Stars Great book overall; misses one common type of back pain
My step-dad just went through a major episode with his back, and this book was invaluable to making the process much less painful and expensive than it would have otherwise been. It helped immensely with the discussions with his doctor.

There is one type of back pain which I feel is common, and is overlooked by the book (it outlines seven types). I suffer from non-chronic back-pain. Occassionally my back will go “out”, the muscles and nerves get pinched, tighten up or spasm, and eventually release (usually after a chiropractic treatment). The book doesn’t give specific advice for this scenario, other than moderate exercise, which I have found to be useful.

This book is a great resource for the millions of people that suffer from back pain. My doctor recommended the book and I was skeptical, but after reading and taking Dr Mark Brown’s advice it is working.

I have started walking more and doing some Yoga stretching and my back feels much better. I know there are many cases that are serious and probably need surgey, but if you are undecided you should read this book.

I would tell anyone who is suffering from low back pain to give this book a read and it could be a life saver.

My lower back has been bothering me for years, but would normally respond to Chiropractic care. This time, however, returning to the Chriropractor was not helping despite very frequent visits. I was in the most persistent pain I had ever been in and was starting to get up like an old man of 73 instead of 43. However, when I got this baby in the relief was nearly immediate. Just a few minutes of intermittent inversion (was told this was better than just hanging inverted for long periods at a time) daily has transformed me back to a 43 year old, with only occasional and manageable discomfort. I can’t recommend this model enough.

For years I lived with varying degrees of back pain, sometimes terrible, usually bearable but always present. I always woke up with some pain and stiffness and took some time to loosen up and get the pain down to barely noticeable. After my first 5 minute session with this table, I felt improvement. The morning after that first 5 minute session session, I awoke without pain for the first time in decades. I use the table every day for two ten minute sessions. I walk better, smile more, think better, treat people better…….

I’m 6′1″ and 290 pounds and I feel secure on the table and can control it easily. Thoroughly read the manual and watch the instructional DVD, you’ll find that you can control your movements on the table instinctually.

Since I am not very mechanically inclined plus my back hurts if I lift 5 pounds or more, I had to pay someone to assemble it for me. He did a great job.

Only drawback so far is that it occupies more space than my wife thought it would.

The device is easy to understand and is very sturdy. I started with 5 minutes at 45 degreees and have worked up to 10 minutes at 60 degrees. Any greater angle makes my entire face feel like it is being engorged with blood.

Does it work at 60 degrees? It certainly does for me, so far. While my pain does come back within an hour or two, I do get significant low back and leg pain relief for a while without narcotics.

I am happy so far.

I was waiting to get a F-7000 refurbished, out of stock. But did not know how long the wait was so I bought the EP-950. I’m glad I spent the extra money, this bed has it all. I am still only using it at 60 degress but have felt so much better durring the day. I have cronic disc problems 3 bulging in lubar, 6 in thorasic and 2 herniated in cervical. The table was easy to put together about an hour, an extra set of hands would be good when installing the table to the frame, the rest you can do yourself. Everything is included the wrenches and the screwdriver so NO looking in the junk drawer to put it together. Packing was great,no damage not even a scatch. The inner box said EP-950+ and came with a fleece cover for the table. A really nice extra! The Amazon page had a sponser link at the bottom. [...] I bought the floor model for 323.00 with free shipping. The box was never opened, it just had 2 small wholes in it that did not damage anything except the inner box. Same 5 year warranty and factory service. I have looked at a few of these units and this is the best for the money. Easy reach foot lock and release, extra stretch bars included ( a 30.00 + shipping value) extra locking screw to prevent rattling, large footprint, very stable and smooth. Also comes with a DVD to help put it toghether and has some stretching exersizes too. Have fun, feel better but make sure your doctor says it’s OK to use if you have back problems.
