Eligibility for Returns

You have a brief window of 2 to 3 days from the time you receive your product to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if this period has passed, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it. It’s crucial that it remains in its original packaging.

For a smooth return process, please record a clear video of the product as you unbox it upon delivery. If a return becomes necessary, share a clear image or video clip of this unboxing with the original packaging to tramadolrxonline@proton.me. Our team will review it and get back to you promptly.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Understanding Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll then inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited to your original method of payment (credit card or other) within a few business days.

If Your Refund Seems Delayed

 

  • Check your bank account first.

  • Contact your credit card company. It sometimes takes a while for refunds to appear.

  • Reach out to your bank. There can be a processing period before the refund is posted.

Important Notes

 

  • Sale items are final. Only items purchased at their regular price are eligible for refunds.

  • Exchanges are for defects only. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at support@tramadolrxonline.com.

Gifts

  • If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products can vary depending on your location.

For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
